Every part is produced to a customer drawing with inspection and, where required, dimensional reporting.
Anodizing is a finishing process with a sample approval step for a reason: the same dye produces a different result on 6061 and 7075, and the perceived colour changes with the surface texture beneath it.
What was made
A batch of machined plates anodized in a colour matched to a customer sample, over a bead blasted base. The parts were machined with a pre-finish allowance so that the finished dimensions met the drawing, and threaded holes were masked to keep the threads clean and correctly sized.
