Laser Cutting
Fibre laser cutting for steel, stainless steel and aluminium sheet — clean edges, tight nesting and fast turnaround for prototypes and batch parts.
Laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly for enclosures, brackets, panels and frames in prototype and batch quantities.
Cutting
Fibre laser cutting of steel, stainless steel and aluminium

Press brake bending up to 6 mm
Joining
MIG / TIG welding, riveting, hardware insertion
Finishing
Powder coating, painting, plating, brushing
Sheet metal parts are quoted as a process chain: cut, form, join, finish and assemble. Keeping the whole chain with one supplier means bend allowances, weld dressing and coating coverage are decided once, not renegotiated between vendors.
Enclosures and chassis, rack and DIN panels, mounting brackets, motor and pump supports, covers and guards, frames and weldments, and laser-cut prototype panels for fit checks.

Press brake bending with matched tooling for enclosures, brackets, chassis and panels, holding angles and bend positions to drawing.

MIG and TIG welding for frames, brackets and enclosures, with weld dressing and distortion control on visible and load-bearing joints.

Hardware insertion, riveting, bonding and light mechanical assembly so fabricated parts arrive as kits that are ready to install.

FAQ
Yes. A sheet metal part should be supplied as a flat-pattern-aware STEP file or as individual DXF faces, together with the material and thickness. We will confirm bend radii and K-factor before cutting.
Laser-cut edges, weld dressing and the specified finish are agreed up front. Visible surfaces can be masked during processing and parts are packed with interleaving to avoid scuffing.
Yes. Pressed-in nuts, studs, standoffs, rivnuts and PEM-style hardware can be inserted, and parts can be supplied as assembled kits ready for your line.
