Every part is produced to a customer drawing with inspection and, where required, dimensional reporting.
Impellers are the classic five-axis part: the blades twist, the passages are deep, and the surface has to flow without witness marks between passes.
How it is made
The toolpath is planned in CAM so the cutter stays short and is presented to each blade at a consistent angle. That keeps deflection low — the main cause of thin-blade inaccuracy — and produces a surface that does not need hand blending to look right.
Verification
Blade profiles are measured against the supplied model, and the root radius is checked separately because it carries the load and is the easiest feature to lose to tool deflection.
