Every part is produced to a customer drawing with inspection and, where required, dimensional reporting.
Brackets are where laser cutting and bending pay for themselves: no tooling cost, and a design change costs a new DXF rather than a new die.
Batch notes
Several bracket variants were nested on the same sheets, cut, then identified with laser marking so the kit could be assembled without sorting by hand. Bend accuracy was verified on the first article before the rest of the batch was formed.
