Every part is produced to a customer drawing with inspection and, where required, dimensional reporting.
Enclosures combine every sheet metal process in one part, which is why keeping them with a single supplier pays off: the flat pattern, the bend allowance, the weld fixtures and the coating masking all have to agree.
What was made
A two-part enclosure in 2 mm cold-rolled steel, with a punched ventilation pattern, inserted fasteners for the cover and internal mounting bosses, and a matte black powder coat inside and out.
Sequence
Laser cut, deburred, formed, welded and dressed, hardware inserted after coating where the threads had to stay bare, then inspected against the assembly drawing with the cover fitted.
